South Wales Police Authority has an obligation to provide a Bonus Scheme for Chief Officers of the Force.

The Scheme has regard to the National Guidelines issued by the Police Negotiating Board in PNB Circular 05/03.

The scheme relates only to Chief Police Officers, and not civilian Chief Officers.
