Complaints Against Policy or Decision
South Wales Police Authority is responsible for making important and difficult decisions.
In addition, as a corporate body we have a duty to work within policies and procedures to ensure that we run efficiently and effectively.
We realise, however, that sometimes people do not agree with our decision, policy or other element of our work.
Should you wish to make a complaint against a decision or policy of the Authority, please write to the Police Authority.
