Terms of reference
1. To monitor all operational performance against the annual and strategic policing plan targets and objectives.
2. To monitor the Force’s use of stop and search powers.
3. To monitor issues relating to Assessment of Policing and Community Safety (APACS).
4. To monitor performance relating to customer satisfaction levels.
5. To monitor the financial performance against the budget.
6. To monitor the productivity plan and efficiency of South Wales Police.
7. To consider in year budget adjustments/alignment to address performance targets.
8. To monitor the annual capital programme.
9. To consider the draft annual accounts prior to submission to the Audit & Scrutiny Group.
10. To monitor the implementation of Force projects and assess the benefits to the Force
11. To consider emerging risks to the Authority’s vision and objectives.
