Victim Satisfaction

This report provides an update on current performance for victim satisfaction for Hate Crime at a Force level.

All 43 forces in England and Wales have a statutory obligation to measure satisfaction with specified crime types, namely, road traffic collisions, violent crime, vehicle crime, burglary dwelling and racist incidents.

In 2008/9 the Force decided that it wanted to expand this by surveying victims of hate crime. The Hate Crime category is made up of, racist incidents, disability, transgender, sexual orientation, faith/religion/belief.
