The Quality of Service Group monitors the complaints made against police staff, officers and Chief Officers. Members of the group undertake regular dip-sampling of complaints files, as part of this monitoring.
In addition, it monitors the public liability claims made against the Authority, along with employer liability claims and employment tribunals.
