Member Personal Development Scheme
The Review Scheme is about identifying Member training and development commitments, enhancing Member skills and expertise, improving their performance and enabling Members to make suggestions in an informal meeting about how the Police Authority and its Secretariat might improve its performance.
The purpose of the Scheme is three fold:
- To develop Members skills and ability to undertake the role of a Police Authority Member.
- To improve, where necessary, individual performance so that each Member can make the best possible contribution to the work of the Authority.
- To support the business and development of the Police Authority.
